Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to EeziNess and EeziFinance services operated by Nasela Capital (Pty) Ltd (“Nasela Capital”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use EeziFinance for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.

2. EeziFinance Free and paid plans

EeziFinance Free may include functions such as creating invoices, quotations and purchase orders without a recurring subscription fee. Additional accounting, reporting, automation or advisory-style features may require a paid plan such as Core or EeziCFO. Current features, limits and pricing are those displayed in the service and may change over time.

Where a paid plan is selected, billing is handled through the available payment provider. Any trial or complimentary access identified as non-converting will not automatically become a paid subscription unless the user separately chooses a paid plan.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential and use reasonable measures to secure devices that access EeziFinance. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from our own security failure. Tell us promptly at hello@eeziness.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your business information and documents

You retain ownership of business content you enter or upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform and display that content so that we can provide EeziFinance functions to you.

You are responsible for checking invoices, quotations, purchase orders, accounting outputs and other documents before issuing, filing or relying on them. You must ensure that information about customers, suppliers, employees and other third parties is lawfully obtained and used.

5. AI-assisted and automated features

EeziFinance may use automated or AI-assisted tools to extract information, suggest accounting treatments, explain records or generate workflow assistance. These features can make mistakes or work from incomplete information. They are decision-support tools, not a substitute for professional judgement where accounting, tax, legal, regulatory or other professional review is required.

6. No professional-services relationship

Use of EeziFinance does not by itself create an accountant-client, auditor-client, tax-practitioner, attorney-client, financial-adviser or other regulated professional-services relationship with Nasela Capital. Where the platform recommends professional review, the user remains responsible for obtaining that review.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use EeziFinance to break the law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malware, probe or bypass security, access another user's information without authority, misrepresent identity or authority, or use the service in a way that materially disrupts the platform or other users.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed or retired as the platform develops. We may perform maintenance, impose reasonable technical limits or temporarily restrict access to protect security and service integrity.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, abuse, non-payment of an applicable paid service, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using EeziFinance at any time. Requests relating to account closure or personal information may be sent to hello@eeziness.co.za, subject to lawful record-retention requirements.

10. Intellectual property

EeziNess, EeziFinance, the software, interface, branding, workflow designs and related platform materials are owned by or licensed to Nasela Capital. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to users. Your own business data, logos and original content remain yours.

11. Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss resulting from information entered incorrectly, user decisions, third-party services or reliance on unreviewed automated outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.

12. Third-party services

EeziFinance depends on third-party hosting, authentication, communication, payment and technology services. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the EeziFinance experience. We select and manage providers with reasonable care but do not control every third-party system.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. South African law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be dealt with by a court or forum having jurisdiction under South African law, subject to any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; where fresh consent is legally required, we will request it.
